Srushti started to get ready for the UPSC exam in her third year as a student in engineering. After her graduation she wondered if she was able to be satisfied with her engineering job. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled that she had, she set out to work for civil service. The parents urged her to become civil servants and seek a job in the public service. Her motivation was constant and she concentrated on becoming an IAS officer. What is required to become an IAS officer can be more. When she was preparing in engineering, she used to also work on different subjects for UPSC. The preparation for the exam was carried out every day. In less than an entire month, she prepared for her engineering exam and also stayed away from social media.
